13:00 – 13:10 - Opening Remarks
Welcome from the VYBE team. Overview of the agenda, tracks, and judges.
13:10 – 13:30 - VC Talk: “Startup Trends” A leading VC shares what’s hot, what’s not, and how founders can stand out.
13:30 – 14:20 - Pitch Round 1: Idea Stage
Each team gets 4 minutes to pitch + 4 minutes for judge feedback. Ideal for idea-stage/startups in early development.
14:20 – 14:30 - Break / Stretch
Short break to refresh.
14:30 – 15:20 - Pitch Round 2: Development Stage
Each team gets 6 minutes to pitch + 4 minutes of feedback. For startups with MVPs, traction, or more developed models.
15:20 – 15:45 - Startup Talk: “Go-to-Market Strategies”
An experienced founder shares real-world advice for acquiring early customers and scaling.
15:45 – 16:00 - Judge Deliberation + Audience Q&A
Judges finalize scores.
16:00 – 16:30 - Winner Announcements + Closing Remarks
Winning teams announced, final words from the judges and VYBE team.
