German Businesses Intensify Efforts to Explore Investment Opportunities in Vietnam – A Strategic Gateway for the VYBE Community

On April 10, 2025, nearly 8,000 German entrepreneurs and business leaders gathered in Berlin for the “2025 Future Day for SMEs”, an annual flagship event hosted by the German Association for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (BVMW). This year’s event held special significance as it marked 50 years since the founding of BVMW (1975–2025).

The event served not only as a forum for German businesses to engage in critical discussions on contemporary challenges, but also as a launchpad for international collaboration, with a strong focus on Vietnam – a fast-growing and dynamic economy attracting increasing interest from German investors.

The Embassy of Vietnam in Berlin hosted a dedicated pavilion at the event, reaffirming its commitment to deepening bilateral investment and trade relations. Notably, 2025 will see several key activities aimed at strengthening Vietnam–Germany business ties, including:

  • An investment promotion event in Dortmund (May 2025)

  • Two delegations of German enterprises visiting Vietnam (September–October 2025)

As a trusted bridge between young Vietnamese entrepreneurs in Europe and global partners, VYBE will continue fostering connections with BVMW – an influential business network with 900,000 members, 300 offices across Germany, and representation in over 75 countries.

The opportunity is now – and VYBE is ready to support Vietnamese businesses on their global journey.
