The ceremony took place at the Hilton Hotel, observed by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Hoà Bình, representatives from relevant ministries, leading businesses, and educational institutions in Germany and across Europe. This event marks a milestone in strengthening international cooperation and supporting the development of Vietnamese enterprises in the global market. VYBE, the German Association for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (BVMW), and the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) officially signed an MoU to enhance collaboration and foster connections between businesses in Vietnam and Germany. The signing ceremony was held as part of the Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister’s visit to Frankfurt, Germany.

VYBE and BVMW Sign the MoU
BVMW, with over 300 offices in Germany and 80 international branches, represents the interests of more than 900,000 SMEs in Germany. It plays a crucial role in connecting and supporting businesses, particularly in international trade and investment activities. Meanwhile, VYBE is a strong network linking young Vietnamese entrepreneurs and startups in Europe, with a mission to foster economic cooperation, technology transfer, and innovation between Vietnam and European countries.
The MoU between BVMW and VYBE marks a turning point in promoting trade and investment cooperation between the two sides. Specifically, both parties will collaborate on exchanging information related to investment policies, regulations, procedures, incentives, and business opportunities between Vietnam and Germany. This will help enhance mutual understanding and expand cooperation in investment, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship training.
Through this commitment, BVMW and VYBE will conduct joint research and organize networking events to create a favorable environment for business delegations, investment missions, and expert visits. These initiatives will enable businesses in Vietnam and Germany to connect, learn, and build long-term business relationships.
Beyond information exchange, both sides have also committed to supporting the organization of events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and training programs on investment and business in both Vietnam and Germany. The goal is to help Vietnamese and German enterprises explore investment opportunities, expand markets, and establish a robust cross-border cooperation network.
The Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister, who observed the signing ceremony, emphasized that establishing this partnership is a crucial step in strengthening economic ties between Vietnam and Germany, particularly given the growing demand for international investment and cooperation.

For the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT), the MoU primarily focuses on:
-
Educational Cooperation: Promoting student exchange programs, scientific research, and technology transfer between universities and research institutes in Vietnam and Germany.
-
Startup Digital Enterprise Development: Supporting young Vietnamese businesses in accessing digital transformation solutions, applying technology in business operations, and expanding into the European market.
-
Investment Connectivity: Creating collaboration opportunities between Vietnamese businesses and investment funds, as well as major technology corporations in Germany and Europe.
Representatives of the Vietnamese Young Business Association in Europe expressed their hopes that this agreement would unlock new opportunities, helping young Vietnamese businesses expand in the global business environment. The MoU signing ceremony not only marks a significant milestone in international cooperation but also lays a solid foundation for both sides to implement specific collaborative programs, advancing Vietnam further into the digital age.
This event signifies a new step forward in strengthening economic, educational, and technological cooperation between Vietnam and Germany. With this robust connection, we believe that the Vietnamese business community will gain more opportunities to expand internationally and shape the future together!
