Under the witness of Mr. Nguyễn Hòa Bình, Member of the Politburo and Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam, during his working visit to Frankfurt, Germany, VYBE and PTIT signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This partnership between VYBE and PTIT aims to create a transformative ripple effect - empowering students to become both knowledge recipients and inspired entrepreneurs who will drive Vietnam's advancement in the global technology and startup ecosystem.

VYBE and PTIT will jointly carry out the following activities:

1. Training and Resource Sharing:
   VYBE and PTIT will organize in-depth workshops, inviting experts from the VYBE network to share knowledge about business models, fundraising, and technology applications in business management. PTIT will provide the necessary facilities for students to implement their startup ideas. VYBE will connect students with European businesses through internship programs and international partnership opportunities.

2. Promoting Entrepreneurial Spirit:
   Both parties will co-host annual startup competitions, providing students with mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs within VYBE's network. Outstanding projects will receive seed funding and opportunities to connect with investors and enter the European market. Additionally, VYBE will set up a 1:1 mentorship program to help students refine their ideas and develop market-ready products.

   VYBE and PTIT will partner to enhance PTIT students' competitiveness in the global job market.
